Dr Jenny Alexanders

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with in excess of 20+ years of clinical practice and over eight years as an expert witness in personal injury and clinical negligence proceedings. My medico-legal practice is primarily Claimant-focused, though I have also provided advisory input for Defendant cases on behalf of healthcare organisations. I am currently instructed in more than 50 cases annually. My reporting portfolio includes comprehensive medico-legal reports addressing Causation, Breach of Duty, Condition and Prognosis, Quantum, and Screening Reports. I also produce Joint Statements in accordance with CPR Part 35. My expertise spans a wide range of cases within the jurisdiction of England and Wales, and I have prepared reports compliant with Scottish procedural requirements. I regularly contribute to case conferences, including those involving legal representatives and opposing expert witnesses. To ensure my practice remains current and procedurally robust, I undertake accredited training and have completed expert witness certification through Bond Solon.
